Chocolate covered fortune cookies. Yummy and oh so easy!
I melted one bag of semi-sweet mini chocolate chips with about a tablespoon of shortening. I microwaved it (scary I know) 20 seconds at a time until melted. I used the shortening to make smoother and to help from burning.
Dipped fortune cookies half-way into chocolate. Then sprinkles! Placed them on parchment paper. Refrigerated them for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes are up. Look off into space and enjoy.

Yum! Very cute! I was lazy and bought the ones at Walmart already done! LOL!
