...thick chicken and noodles...

i made homemade noodles! yes! i did! it was easy and fun! i have been trying to perfect my chicken and noddles. tyler said that this was by far his favorite!! Bonnie's Egg Noddles (his grandma)

3 eggs

start with 1 cup of flour

1 little spoonful of salt

1 little spoonful of baking powder

mix together...keep adding flour til it isnt sticky. then put some flour on counter and knead more flour into the mixture. enough where you can roll it out. cut with pizza cutter. i would suggest cutting horizontal as well. i didnt but i will next time. also cut a little thinner then my picture.

i cooked them in 3 12-15oz cans of boiling chicken broth and 2 tbsp of chicken bouillon powder for 10 minutes. when putting them in boiling chicken broth stir and add slowly so they dont get all clumped up. dont drain the broth. leave in.

after that i added 10 or so boneless skinless chicken tenders that had boiled in water and a little salt and garlic powder for 10 minutes and shredded.

add about 15-30 oz of cream of chicken soup. whatever thickness you want. keep on med to low heat. serve over mashed potatoes. also can add more salt/chicken bouillon powder to your liking. i sometimes add starch to make more thick as well.

i think they are the best the next day! delicious!

Was this your "other obligation"?? :) Those look great. I'm not sure that I have the space available to make those. Sometime I'm going to attempt making my own bread -- without a bread machine. Oh my!
